Speed@100: Kejriwal Ink attack-Police seek magistrate's nod to arrest woman

The Delhi Police has sought permission of a duty magistrate to arrest the 26-year-old woman who threw ink at Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal while he was addressing a thanksgiving ceremony at Chhatrasal stadium here today.
