Uttarakhand: CM Trivendra Singh Rawat urges not to use polybags from August 1

Chief minister TS Rawat is not leaving any stone unturned to put a blanket ban on plastic carry bags and disposable cutlery items made of plastic and thermocol. In another tweet, he said Uttarakhand would ban plastic carry bags from August 1 in order to fulfil Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s dream of Swachh Bharat.
