Happy Chhath: People observe 'Sandhya Ardh' on Day 3

Chhath Puja, a four-day festival during which devotees worship the Sun God starts today. During this age-old traditional celebration, mostly observed by people from Bihar and eastern Uttar Pradesh region, who pay obeisance to the setting and the rising sun in succession on the last two days.
