National Expert: Ravish Bisht on recommendations of Justice RM Lodha for BCCI

The Supreme Court accepted the recommendations, including a bar on ministers and civil servants and those above 70 from becoming BCCI members but left it to Parliament to decide whether the Board should come under RTI and betting on the game be legalised.
