Masood Azhar appeals Pak govt to allow jihadists increase their operations against India

Jaish-e-Muhammad chief Masood Azhar has appealed the Pakistani government to allow jihadist groups to increase their operations against India. He said that “a lack of decisive decision-making” could rob Pakistan of a “historic opportunity” to seize Kashmir.
