Sartaz Aziz, Advisor to Pakistan Prime Minister on foreign affairs, on Friday said Pakistan had concrete evidence against “Indian spy” Kulbhushan Jadhav and every norm has been followed in the case.
He questioned why Jadhav had two passports-one in the name of Hindu and other was in the name of Muslim.
“Why would an innocent person possess 2 passports,o ne with Hindu and other a Muslim name,” questioned Sartaz Aziz, Adviser to Pak PM on Foreign Affairs.
Sartaz said that Kulbhushan Jadhav can appeal in the Supreme Court within 60 days.

Earlier, the Ministery of External Affairs (MEA) informed Indian envoy to Pakistan Gautam Bambawale met Pakistan Foreign Secretary on Friday and raised two demands- copies of charge sheet and judgment by Pak military court against Kulbhushan Jadhav.

The MEA further added that India has conveyed to Pakistan that it will appeal the order and the officials are studying Pak army act.
The MEA said that India demanded consular access to Jadhav for 14th time, but Pakistan Foreign Secretary said since this is a case of espionage then consular access can't be granted.
A Pakistani army court had sentenced alleged Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav to death for "for his involvement in espionage and sabotage activities against Pakistan", the military had announced.
"The spy has been tried through Field General Court Martial (FGCM) under Pakistan Army Act and awarded death sentence," the military's media wing Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) had said in a statement.

Aziz in a detailed statement read out to the media at theForeign Office said that India through its reaction was aggravating the situation.
Rejecting Indian accusation of unfair trial, Aziz sad that the first FIR against was lodged on April 8, 2016 by police's Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan.
He said detailed trail was held and all relevant laws including Evidence Act and recording of statement before a magistrate were followed. Jadhav was also provided legal assistance.
"Kulbushan Jhadav, who is responsible for espionage, sabotage, and terrorism in Pakistan, has been tried according to the law of the land, in a fully transparent manner while preserving his rights, as per the Constitution of Pakistan," evidence proving he said.
"His sentence is based on credible evidence proving his involvement in espionage and terrorist activities in Pakistan." Aziz "condemned" the Indian reaction over Jadhav'ssentencing and warned that it would further "aggravate the people-to-people hostility".
