The North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un has promised more missile flights soon after Tuesday launch. The United Nation has condemned the launching, while United State has warned the North on Wednesday.

Pyongyang on Tuesday Tuesday had unleashed Hwasong-12 intermediate-range missile.

North Korea for the first time in a statement released on Wednesdat acknowledged sending a missile over Japan's main islands.

The North Korea in the last few days has threatened to send a salvo of missiles towards the US territory of Guam and US President Donald Trump has warned of the Korean country of strong retaliation.

The United Nations Security Council has already imposed seven sets of sanctions on Pyongyang.

The UN council had earlier said that North Korea actions are not just threat to the region but to all UN member states.

Russia and China which has allies with the Korean country had backed the US-drafted declaration.

North Korea’s mouthpiece, The Rodong Sinmum newspaper on Wednesday had carried more than 20 pictures of the launch near Pyongyang and in one of the pictures Kim can be seen surrounded by aides with a map of Northwest Pacific.

The South Korea military in its official statement said that the missile had travelled 2,7000 kilometers and reached an altitude of 550 kilometers.

Soon after the missile launch, US President Donald Trump said, “Threatening actions only increase the North Korean regime's isolation in the region."

The UN Security council also called an emergency meeting. According to reports the council said, “Enough is enough.”

"North Korea has violated every single UN Security Council resolution," the council said.
