The Goa police on Sunday rewarded an ATM security guard in Panaji who foiled a loot attempt despite being hit several times on the head on Saturday.
After rewarding the guard, the police said, “A case has been registered & the gloves & face mask have been seized. We'll hopefully solve the case soon.”
On Saturday, the guard saw a masked man trying to loot the ATM. Without giving it a second thought, he jumped in and foiled the loot attempt.
The accused hit him several times on his head but the brave guard didn’t give up.
