Heavy to moderate rainfall in parts of Rajasthan
Many places in Rajasthan received heavy to moderate rains in the last 24 hours. Bayana of Bharatpur district recorded 15 cm of rainfall followed by 11 cm in Nadbai, 7 cm in Deeg, 6 cm in Veir and 5 cm in Roopbas, a MeT Department official said.
On Thursday, Jaipur recorded 5.7 mm of rainfall followed by 2.1 mm in Banasthali, he said.

The MeT Department has predicted heavy rainfall in Bharatpur, Bhilwara, Dholpur, Jhalawar, Karauli, Kota and Swai Madhopur districts in the next 24 hours.

In Sikar, a private school bus got stuck in a waterlogged underpass. However, the school children were rescued safely, police said.
