GATE exam 2018 scorecard to be released today at gate.iitg.ac.in

The GATE exam 2018 scorecard will be released on Tuesday at the official website gate.iitg.ac.in. It will be available for download from March 20 to May 31, 2018. The official release date was informed by IIT Guwahati.

If any candidate fails to download the GATE scorecard within the specified period, the same can be done from June 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018 by paying the late fee of Rs 500.

The official website is not yet activated. The candidates are therefore, advised to keep checking the official page for the same.

This year IIT Guwahati had announced GATE Results 2018 a day before the scheduled date on its official website https://gate.iitg.ac.in.

GATE Scorecard:

# The score is valid for three years.

# GATE scores are mandatory for admission to Master's programs and direct Doctoral programs in Engineering or Technology or Architecture and Doctoral programs in relevant branches of Science, in the institutions supported by the MHRD and other Government agencies.

# It is also useful in recruitment methods of many PSUs.

The exams for GATE 2018 were conducted on February 3, 4, 10 and 11, 2018 in computer-based mode across India and abroad.

The official answer keys and question papers of GATE 2018 were released on February 19, 2018 by IIT Guwahati.
