Railway Protection Force recruitment for 9,500 posts to start soon, 50% seats for female candidates

Indian Railways is expected to release Recruitment notification for 9,500 posts. The recruitment process will begin soon and 50 per cent out of the total number of posts will be for female candidates, the official tweet said on Sunday.
Indian railways is conducting the registration for more than 89,000 posts. The initial selection process will be held in April/ May. The update on RPF recruitment will available on the official website of Indian Railways.
Indian Railways is on a recruitment spree since February. More than 26,000 vacancies were notified by the RRBs, and the first job notification came on Centralised Employment Notice 01/2018 for Assistant Loco Pilot and few technical posts. It was followed by group D posts in the second notification (CEN 02/ 2018).

Railways jobs are one of the most coveted options for job aspirants and over 90 lakh job applications were registered for nearly 19,000 posts in 2015.
The recruitment process is set to be similar to the previous recruitment process. Candidates will need to submit online applications providing basic details, exam language and preference or exam centre, etc.
