Kapil Sharma's troubles refuse to die down. The comedian-turned-actor, who is facing troubles in both personal and professional life at the moment, is likely to be in for a major blow.

After the failure of his recent show Family Time With Kapil Sharma, reports are abuzz that Kapil's show will be replaced by that of his arch-rival Krushna Abhishek.

According to the media reports, Family Time With Kapil Sharma has been put on hold for a month and no new episodes are being shot at the moment. As a result, the channel needs a new show to replace FTWKS given the competition from other channels.

“The channel needs to bring in another show in its place, especially since a rival channel has launched Khichdi in the same time slot. Also, the Indian Premier League (IPL)is underway. If they don’t launch a new show in that slot, they are in danger of losing that to another channel,” a source reportedly told DNA.

Reportedly, the channel is planning to bring back The Drama Company team back featuring Krushna Abhishek and Bharti Singh.

The reports suggest that Krushna-Bharti's new show will replace FTWKS.

"The two stand-up comedians are collaborating for a new show," an insider was quoted saying to DNA.

Although no official announcement has been made in this regard so far, if the reports turned out to be true, this will be the second time Krushna will be replacing Kapil.

Earlier, Krushna's The Drama Company had replaced The Kapil Sharma Show after the show witnessed a downfall post a nasty fight between Kapil and Sunil Grover.

Now it will be interesting to see what Kapil Sharma and Krushna Abhishek has to say in this regard.
