A vigilant security staff spotted the suspect carrying alleged cell phone bomb in luggage which later turned out self-made power bank.
A 26-year-old man was nabbed by security officials after an alleged cellphone bomb was found from his luggage at Mangalore Airport on Tuesday.
The Indigo flight from Mangaluru to Dubai got delayed after the suspect item was found. Later, the matter was reported to local police.
As per media reports, the man described himself as sales representative.
A senior police official said that the screener noticed as a power bank in his bag which looked suspicious.Â
