Help stop the spread of Antibiotics resistance, tweeted WHO in its campaign, 'Let’s Stop Superbugs', saying “always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional before taking antibiotics”.
Antibiotics Resistance happens when bacteria change and become resistant to the antibiotics used to treat the infections they cause: WHO.
“#AntibioticResistance occurs everywhere in the world, in both rich and poor countries. It can affect anyone, of any age. Learn how it spreads,” the WHO wrote in its Twitter handle.
Antibiotics resistance is posing a big threat to global health and a serious challenge to the medical world.
