| Last Updated:

New Delhi:

India will take on Sri lanka in the fourth T20 International match of Nidahas Trophy 2018 at R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo on 12th March.

India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, all stand with two points after winning and losing one game each after having played two games.

In the series opener between India and Sri Lanka, the hosts came victorious over the Men in Blue by winning the game by 5 wickets. However, Sri Lanka will go into this match after a fresh morale crushing defeat against Bangladesh, who completed the fourth highest run chase of 215 in T20 Internationals.

Favourites to win the Nidahas T20 tri-series, India will go with a sense of revenge against the Lions. The Rohit Sharma led team lie just below the top spot holder Sri Lanka, due to over rate and a win would take the Indian team on top.

Shardul Thakur wins the Man of the Match for his superb spell of 4 wickets haul.

Manish Pandey: I thought we had a good partnership in the end. They started well, I thought we finished pretty well. We discuss about that (plans against Sri Lankan bowlers). Batting at number 5, I should be there till the end. They (bowlers) have comeback really well after the first game. We had a couple of plans and we restricted well. We have not got too much batting after 6 and 7, so myself and DK had to be there till the end.
