Indian golfers Shubhankar Sharma, Anirban Lahiri drop places in world rankings
Shubhankar Sharma Slipped Five Spots To Be At 69th Place, Whereas Lahiri’s Ranking Went South By Three Places To Be At 83rd Place
The rankings of Indian golfers Shubhankar Sharma and Anirban Lahiri today took a dip at the World Gold Rankings to be at the 69th and 83rd spot respectively.
With 1.97 average points, Shubhankar Sharma slipped five spots to be at 69th place, whereas Lahiri’s ranking went south by three places to be at 83rd place with an average of 1.60 points.

Dustin Johnson of United States continued to dominate the rankings with 10.31 average points. Fellow American golfer Justin Thomas with 9.37 average points remained in second spot.
Rory McIlroy, of Northern Ireland leaped to seventh place with 6.52 average points.
McIlroy, who is a four-time major winner, came back to top 10 after winning the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill. It was his first title since September 2016.
