Educational qualification:
Station Controller/Train Operator: Three years Engineering diploma in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent or B.SC Hons in (Physics/Chemistry/Maths) or BSc (Physics/Chemistry/Maths) from a government recognised university/institute.
Customer Relations Assistant (CRA): Three/four years' graduation course in any discipline from a government recognised university, and computer literacy (certificate in Computer Application course of a minimum six weeks duration)
Junior Engineer: Three years' Engineering diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Electronics and Communication/Mechanical/Civil/equivalent trade from a government recognised university/institute.
Office Assistant (HR): B.A./B.Sc./B.Com from a government recognised university/institute.
Account Assistant: B.Com (three year course) from a government recognised university/institute.
Maintainer: ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in specific trades only.
Assistant Manager/Finance: CA/ICWA with a minimum of 50 per cent marks and with post qualification work experience of one year. Knowledge of SAP/ERP is preferred.
Pay scale:
Station Controller/Train Operator: Rs 13,500 to Rs 25,520 per month.
Customer Relations Assistant (CRA): Rs 10,170 to Rs 18,500 per month.
Junior Engineer: Rs 13,500 to Rs 25,520 per month.
Office Assistant (HR): Rs 10,170 to Rs 18,500 per month.
Account Assistant: Rs 10,170 to Rs 18,500 per month.
Maintainer: Rs 8,000 to Rs 14,140 per month.
Assistant Manager/Finance: Rs 20,600 to Rs46,500 per month.
