We all are acquainted with the power of make-up. It helps to make you look your best. A beauty vlogger has proved it that accepting yourself the way you are is the most powerful of all.
Shalom Blac who runs a You tube channel which gives make up tutorials to women has something which makes her different from other beauty vloggers.
In one of her latest videos shows half her face covered in cosmetics (a nod to the power of makeup) while the other half bears scars she received from a frying oil incident when she was younger.
“Life after the accident wasn't what I thought it would be,” the 20-year-old makeup artist said. “I was stared at by kids and older people whenever I stepped out. I felt like a living statue that people came to see.”
But this agony came to an end when she learnt to hide the scars with makeup. The best thing about Blac is she doesn’t dread sharing before and after pictures to prove her point.
