Two days after death of TV actress Pratyusha Banerjee, best known as Anandi of Balika Vadhu, forensic team paid a visit to her residence in Kandivali. The team interacted with neighbours and also picked up some sample evidence to proceed further investigation in the case.
Mumbai Police has still not made any comments on whether it was a murder or a suicide. But, according to first reports, this has been learnt that the actress died due to suffocation and the incident has been framed as suicide.
Three members of Forensic team from Kalina forensic department had arrived at 7th floor of Harmony residency building where the officials will conduct a detail analysis of the situation.
According to a report, 2-month pregnancy is also being suspected. An unidentified source to a news channel said, “After post-mortem report medical officer suspected early stages of pregnancy. Due to which her uterus samples have been sent to JJ Hospital for examination for confirmations”.
The doctors responsible for conducting post-mortem of Pratyusha found whitish thick fluid in her uterus that indicates early stage of pregnancy.
As per her friends Pratyusha was under severe depression due to her personal life. She was dating with Rahul Raj Singh, a small time producer and hey both lived together. It was revealed that Rahul had ditched her and the actress committed suicide.
