Photo of this mystifying dessert is going viral for the right reason. This incredible raindrop like cake first created by US cake maker Darren Wong has gone viral for the way it looks.
The ingredients used in the making of cake include mineral water and agar. Wong on his website also stated that this cake was inspired by traditional Mizu Shingen Mochi from Japan.
Mizu Shingen Mochi was a new take on the traditional Japanese rice-cake dessert shingen mochi that is sprinkled with soy bean powder and served with brown sugar syrup.
Cake’s delicacy is yum and it can melt within 30 minutes. According to Mr Wong, the Raindrop Cake has the texture of water. “It kind of reminds me of that scene from A Bug's Life where they drink water drops off the leaves,” he wrote on his website.
