CAT 2016 notification has been officially declared. CAT exam 2016 is scheduled on Sunday December 4, 2016 and aspirants can register themselves for CAT 2016 from July 31, 2016 to and will continue till September 22, 2016. MBAUniverse.com. has already announced it earlier.
The CAT 2016 notification was published in all leading newspapers which includes all the important and relevant details regarding CAT 2016. With no change in exam, CAT 2016 will be completed on December 4, 2016 in 2 sessions.
CAT 2016 is the compulsory entrance exam that conducted for admission to place eligible students to PGP 2017-19 and other programmes in 20 IIMs and other top rated B schools like FMS, MDI, IMI, NITIE, SPJIMR, IMT, BIMTECH, TAPMI, XIMB, Great Lakes among others.
According to a press release issued by professor Rajendra K. Bandi, Convenor, CAT 2016, IIM Bangalore exams will be conducted in 2 sessions on one day across 138 cities. Important Dates :Registration for CAT 2016 will open on August 8, 2016 till 5 PM on September 22, 2016.
The revised Registration fee for CAT 2016 has increased increased to Rs.1700, and it is to be paid online only. According to CAT 2016 exam Centre “The fee is Rs.1700 for General and NC-OBC Candidates. However, SC/ST/PWD (DA) category candidates will pay Rs.850.”
There is no off line purchase or any off line registration activity, everything is to be completed on-line only. A choice of 4 test cities will be available at the time of registration.
