New Delhi:
While the country is celebrating its first Rio Olympics medal won by Sakshi Malik, here come some comforting words from External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Twitter for wrestler Vinesh Phogat, who was injured during the quarterfinal match.
The 21-year-old wrestler left on a stretcher after suffering a ligament tear. Conveying her anguish, she had tweeted on Thursday morning:
If I tel u that I m ok it wud b lying to myself n all of u. Right nw I m hurt; both physically and mentally. I ll recover soon. Thank u allðŸ™
