It's a great day for Apple fans as the new iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus have hit sales across various e-commerce sites and retail stores of India. Apple has undertaken a new approach regarding the sale of its popular phones in comparison to previous years.

The iPhone 7 and i Phone 7 Plus went on sale at 7 PM on October 7. The smartphones can be purchased online from Amazon India, Flipkart, Paytm, Snapdeal, Infibeam, Tata CLiQ or from various retail stores such as Croma, Reliance Digital and different authorized Apple resellers. 

iPhones are usually pretty expensive but this year several deals are being provided by various e-commerce sites. Some sites are giving excellent buyback offers where customers can exchange their old smartphones with new iPhones. Let's check out some offers:

Exchange offers - Apple iPhone 7

 Flipkart is providing an exchange discount of up to Rs 24,500. Maximum discount is being offered on the iPhone 6s Plus, which also lowers the cost of iPhone 7 32GB variant to Rs 35,500. On the other hand, Snapdeal, is providing exchange discount to nearly Rs 16,000. However, the excahnge discount doesn't cover all cities and pin codes.

Thus, a person should reside in places which are eligible for the ongoing offers. 

Apple iPhone 7 EMI plans

The iPhone 7 is really expensive as its price begins from Rs 60,000, and reaches up to Rs 92,000 for the iPhone 7 Plus 128GB variant. 

A lot of customers would be interested in buying the iPhones through monthly instalments and thus many e-commerce sites such as Flipkart, Snapdeal, Infibeam and Tata CLiQ, are giving excellent EMI offers with the help of credit cards of banks such as HDFC, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, HSBC, IndusInd Bank, Kotak Bank and Standard Chartered Bank.

While making payment through any of these credit cards, the amount can be converted into EMI – with the tenure ranging from three months up to 24 months. This in turn helps one to buy the iPhone 7 (32GB variant at Rs 60,000) for Rs 2,930 for 24 months and Rs 5,380 for 12 months. Interest rates in such a scenario can range between 12 percent to 15 percent year.

Apple iPhone 7 cashback offers

Cashback offers are also being provided by several online retailers. Paytm is providing nearly Rs 5,000 to Rs 7,000 as cashback to customers buying the new iPhones. The cashback will be credited to the Paytm wallet of customers, 24 hours after the phone is shipped. This cash can be utilizied to purchase anything from the marketplace, e.g. gadget, clothing, etc.

In order to fulfill customers' needs, Snapdeal has partnered with American Express and is providing flat discount of Rs 10,000 to people making i Phone payment through American Express credit cards. Further, it has also partnered with Axis Bank and is providing additional 10 percent cashback discount up to Rs 5,000; to people making payments via Axis Bank credit or debit card.

Apple iPhone 7 -  Airtel 10GB free data

Airtel also entered the race to entice customers and is offering iPhone 7 buyers an additional 10GB of data per month for 12 months. This in turn means that users can receive 120GB extra data over the year.

However, the plan will only be applicable to myplan Infinity users, which begins from Rs 9,49 up to Rs 2,999. In order to receive the the additional data, users will have to purchase the new iPhones from Airtel.in or from its retail shops.
