At stumps on day 2, England are 103 for the loss of five wickets, trailing by 352 runs. England began its 1st innings on a tentative note and lost some quick wickets to the guile of Ravichandran Ashwin. The Indian bowlers put tremendous pressure on the English players as both seamers and spinners used the bounce and turn of the wicket to good effect.
The Indian 1st innings folded for 455 on the second day as the England spinners, Moeen Ali and Adil Rashid used the turn and bounce of the wicket to the utmost extent.
Earlier, Ravichandran Ashwin and debutant Jayant Yadav rescued India after the fall of some quick wickets in the morning.
The Indian innings faltered as skipper Virat Kohli, Wriddhiman Saha and Ravindra Jadeja were snapped up by England spinner Moeen Ali.

Indian batsmen will aim to build a huge first innings score after captain Virat Kohli and Cheteshwar Pujara's heroics with the bat on Day one of the Visakhapatnam Test.
Virat Kohli and Ravichandran Ashwin will begin the innings on the second day and the Indian team will be heavily banking on its skipper to put pressure on England.
Kohli is in sublime touch and the way he has dominated England bowlers throughout his innings of 151 bodes well for the Indian camp.
After initial jitters, Kolhi and Pujara hit centuries to take India to a commanding position.
Opener Lokesh Rahul and off spinner Jayant Yadav have replaced Gautam Gambhir and Amit Mishra respectively in the match.
