New Delhi:
Producer Firoz Nadiadwala's bodygaurd, Samarbhai Khan has been accused of assualting a traffic constable, Babu Patil in Mumbai.
On Thursday night, the Mumbai police was conducting an anti drink and drive campaign on the Juhu beach.
Samarbhai Khan, Nadiadwala's bodygaurd parked his scorpio at Juhu and started arguing with the police when asked to remove it.
Later on, he beat constable Babu Patil stationed there.
Patil sustained injuries on his legs and neck during the assault.
A case has been registered against the accused who is presently absconding.
The police is currently investigating the whereabouts of the accused.
