New Delhi:
The Supreme Court on Tuesday granted regular bail to Tehelka magzine founder Tarun Tejpal in sexual assault case.
However, it laid rigorous conditions for the bail.
The Supreme Court stated, "violation of any one condition would lead to cancellation of bail."
The Bombay High Court had in March rejected the bail plea of Tejpal, accused of sexually assaulting a junior woman colleague in a lift of a five star hotel in Goa.
The 50-year-old journalist has been behind bars for allegedly sexually assaulting the woman during Tehelka's Thinkfest in Goa in November last year.
