With just few days left for the D-Day, all major parties have lined up their biggest start campaigners to join the poll frenzy. From Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Rahul Gandhi, from Union Home Minister Amit Shah to Priyanka Gandhi Vadra to former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, the National Capital will witness the biggest polls rallies on Tuesday. At a rally in Delhi, BJP chief JP Nadda targetted the AAP government: Nadda said that, "Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal had promised the people of Delhi to install 15 lakh CCTV cameras and set up wi-fi across the capital. Till date, people are waiting for these cameras and wi-fi signals."  

Meanwhile, protest sites in the national capital are "under watch" to ensure that polling personnel or voters face no obstruction on the election day, observers deployed for the February 8 Delhi polls told the Election Commission.

A report by India Today says Ajit Singh's Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) has extended support to Arvind Kejriwal’s AAP. 

Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh has said  Arvind Kejriwal had done "nothing exceptional" by providing cheap power and healthcare in Delhi and alleged the AAP leader was a "shifty character" who had "mastered the art of deceit and lies to mislead people".

Amid shrill war of words, Senior BJP leader and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has accused Delhi's ruling Aam Aadmi Party of not implementing the central government's schemes in the national capital.Addressing an election rally in Moti Bagh, he also sought to allay fears over the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), assuring the gathering that the legislation will not take away anyone's citizenship.
