India Kawasaki Motor is all set to deliver Ninja H2R, world’s most powerful production bike, to a customer in India today. A four-stroke, supercharged motorcycle, the Ninja H2R makes 321.5 bhp. The bike is priced at Rs 72 lakh (ex-showroom) and is the only of its kind coming to India.
Speaking on bringing the Ninja H2R to the country, India Kawasaki Motor’s Managing Director, Naoki Matsumoto said, “We are indeed happy to deliver our flagship model, the Ninja H2R, in India. Kawasaki has stunned the world with this model. The Ninja H2R is the world's supercharged hypersport motorcycle and to deliver one unit in India is certainly a proud moment for Kawasaki India.”
The most-awaited bike comes with a ‘Supercharged' badge and the new Stylema monobloc calipers from Brembo. However, the most mind-boggling feature of the bike is the self-healing paint. The Kawasaki Ninja H2R gets a ‘special coat’ which enables any scratches to repair themselves. However, the scratches caused due to a coin, key or zip fasteners won’t heal.
The Ninja H2R also comes with an Ohlins electronic steering damper with 43 mm USD forks up front and a new Uni-Trak, Öhlins TTX36 gas-charged monoshock unit at the rear.
