New Delhi:

Bajaj CT110 has been officially launched in India on Monday. The kick-start variant of Bajaj CT110 costs Rs 37,997, while the electric start version is priced at Rs 44,480 (all prices, ex-showroom Delhi). The motorcycle is available at all Bajaj Auto dealerships across India in three colour options i.e. Gloss Ebony Black with Blue decals, Gloss Flame Red with bright Red decals and Matte Olive Green with Yellow decals.

"The CT range was conceptualized for those customers who demand a robust bike at a reasonable price. Till date more than 50 lakh customers are riding the CT and appreciate it for its durability and outstanding mileage," Bajaj Auto Motorcycle Business President Sarang Kanade said.

"We have continuously invested in the product, both in terms of technology and style, without losing the core value of delivering the best value motorcycle on the Indian roads. We believe that the tough new CT110 provides even better value with superior performance -- a great combination of mileage and power -- all at an attractive price," he added.

As far as its engine is concerned, Bajaj CT 110 comes with Platina 110’s 115-cc DTS-I engine which can produce 8.4 bhp of power and 9.81 Nm of torque. The engine is mated with a four-speed manual transmission. There are semi-knobby tread pattern tyres at the front and rear, with drum brakes at both the ends.

Bajaj CT 110 gets features like upswept exhaust, rubber mirror covers and bellows on the front suspension and stronger and bigger crash guards. Bajaj CT110 has a high ground clearance of 170 mm. It also comes with a long, thick padded seat and rubber tank pad for snug seating posture.

Well, the suspension duties are done by telescopic forks up front and twin shock absorbers at the rear. Stopping power comes from 130 mm drum brakes at either end with combined braking system.

Earlier on July 12 this year, ZIGWHEELS reported that couple of dealers in Nagpur are retailing Bajaj CT110.
