TVS Scooty Pep Plus, the most affordable scooter from TVS Motor Company in India, has finally got BS6 (BS-VI) variant. The price for BS6 TVS Scooty Pep Plus in India has been set between Rs 51,754 to Rs 52,954. It is to be noted that the standard variant of BS6 TVS Scooty Pep Plus costs Rs 51,754, On the other hand, the Babelicious and Matte Edition series of BS6 TVS Scooty Pep Plus carries a price tag of Rs 52,954. As compared to BS4 variant of TVS Scooty Pep Plus, the BS6 models are costlier by Rs 6,400.
Apart from the BS6 transition, TVS Scooty Pep Plus has got only the paint scheme changes. The TVS scooty is now available in two new colours i.e. Coral Matte and Aqua Matte. Rest remains the same.
The BS6 TVS Scooty Pep Plus comes equipped with a BS6 87.8 cc single-cylinder motor, which is air-cooled. The powertrain churns out 5 bhp at 6,500 rpm while the peak torque output is 5.8 Nm which comes in fully at 4,000 rpm. TVS Scooty Pep Plus gets a CVT gearbox.
On the features front, BS6 TVS Scooty Pep Plus includes a 12V socket for charging mobile phones, LED DRL, and a side stand alarm as well. The updated Scooty Pep Plus has a wheelbase of 1,230 mm and both drum brakes have a diameter of 110 mm. The scooter weighs just 95 kg (kerb weight).

The BS6 TVS Scooty Pep Plus Scooty Pep Plus comes with the telescopic forks and monoshock setup. The braking part is handled by 110mm drum brakes at both ends.
