Revolt RV400 and the RV300 electric motorcycles were launched in India with only the option of monthly pricing plans by Revolt Intellicorp in August 2019. And now, the company has revealed a one-time payment price for the two electric electric motorcycles. Yes, you read it right.
It is to be noted that the price Revolt RV 300 in India has been set at Rs 84,999 (ex-showroom price), while the Revolt RV 400 costs Rs 98,999 (ex-showroom price). Also, an additional costs including registration, insurance, smart card and one-time mandatory charge of 4G connectivity for 3 years will have to borne separately by customers.
It is worth mentioning here that the Revolt RV400 and the RV300 electric motorcycles are already sold out in Delhi and Pune till the end of October, where the bikes are currently offered on sale. Bookings are currently offered for the second batch of deliveries scheduled for November and December 2019, as well as January and February, 2020.
In a statement, the company has said that after Delhi and Pune, the Revolt bikes will now be offered in new hubs across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Chennai in the next four months.
Earlier, Revolt RV400 was made available starting at Rs 3,499, and the RV 300 at Rs 2,999 per month.
Revolt RV400 is available in two colour options -- Rebel Red and Cosmic Black. It gets a single cradle frame. Suspension duties are being handled by USD front forks and an adjustable monoshock unit at the rear. Revolt RV400 comes with 17-inch alloy wheels having disc brakes. It makes use of CBS (Combined Braking System). Also, there is an RBS (Regenerative Braking System). '
The electric bike can reach a maximum speed of 85 kmph. It gets two riding positions i.e. sport and cruise. Also, there are three riding modes i.e. Eco, Normal and Sport 85 kmph.
On the features front, Revolt RV400 gets fully digital instrument cluster, LED headlamps, Revolt smart key and four separate exhaust sounds and Bluetooth connectivity. It is available with the Revolt App. Available on both Android and iOS, the app has connectivity features like bike locator, door-step battery delivery, mobile swap stations, anti-theft, sound selection and preview etc.
