Hyundai Venue has been one of the most successful launches of the year 2019. It is to be noted that Hyundai Venue was launched for an introductory price of Rs 6.50 lakh (ex-showroom) in India on May 21, 2019. The new compact SUV has already garnered more than 50,000 bookings and has been giving nightmares to its rivals like Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza and Mahindra XUV300. Hyundai Venue has left behind both the compact SUVs so far as July 2019 sales are concerned.

The 1.4-litre, four-cylinder, turbocharged diesel produces 89 bhp and 220 Nm of peak torque and is mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox. However, automatic version in diesel variant is not on offer. On the other hand, the Venue is also available in the 1.2-litre, four-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol (gasoline motor).
