India’s auto sector has been witnessing tough times since the start of 2019 and various automakers, including Honda, Mahindra, and Maruti Suzuki are in huge loss. However, the auto sector is showing signs of recovery with carmakers reporting the major boost in terms of sales, thanks to the festive season. On the occasion of Dhanteras, a number of carmakers including Maruti Suzuki made a record number of deliveries. Maruti Suzuki, India’s largest carmaker, has delivered as many as 45,000 units on Dhanteras. It is to be noted that Dhanteras is one of the most preferred days during the festive season to make any big purchase.
