In the ongoing dispute case between Dr Vivek Bindra and Sandeep Maheshwari, Dr Vivek Bindra has publicly presented himself in a press conference.
It’s worth noting that the lack of an official statement in recent months was due to the court order issued by Faridabad Court, prohibiting both Dr Vivek Bindra and Sandeep Maheshwari from speaking or posting any social media content against each other. While this matter is still under court consideration, Dr Vivek Bindra has been granted relief to freely express his side of the story publicly. After winning the Injunction Case, Dr Vivek Bindra organised a press conference on April 9, 2024, revealing his side of the story to the media.
During the press conference, Dr Vivek Bindra addressed the media by reading out The Faridabad Court Notice. He stated that The Faridabad Court has considered the serious allegations such as “Scams” and “Fraud” made by Sandeep Maheshwari to be derogatory and tarnishing the image of Bindra in the Criminal Defamation Case. Consequently, a summons has been issued against Maheshwari. However, Sandeep Maheshwari appealed to The Punjab and Haryana High Court where his plea was rejected by the Court rather than appearing in The Faridabad Court.
Sandeep Maheshwari’s: All Door Leads Him To Trouble
Dr Vivek Bindra continued the press conference by mentioning that the court has accepted the videos and community posts made by Sandeep Maheshwari as those were posted as a business rivalry and have tarnished the reputation and social image of Dr Vivek Bindra.
The application filed by Dr Vivek Bindra in The Faridabad Court, which previously banned both Sandeep Maheshwari and Dr Vivek Bindra from speaking against each other, has now removed this ban on Dr Bindra. Consequently, Dr Vivek Bindra presented his side of the truth in front of the media in a press conference, while the ban on Sandeep Maheshwari remains intact.
In this press conference, Dr Vivek Bindra also proposed reconciliation to Sandeep Maheshwari. Despite Dr Bindra’s repeated invitations for face-to-face resolution, Sandeep Maheshwari has not accepted the proposal.
The Court Refused to Grant Any Relief to Sandeep Maheshwari
As the injunction against Sandeep Maheshwari remains intact, his problems continue to escalate. The Faridabad Court’s ban on Sandeep Maheshwari for publishing or creating any social media posts addressing a Criminal Defamatory Case continues, and a summons has been issued against him in this case. Furthermore, he has not received any relief from The High Court in this entire matter.
