Furthermore, the immersive internet, or Metaverse, gained traction as an integral part of the digital environment. Dr Khatri highlighted the Indian metaverse sector growing at a remarkable rate to reach $758 billion by 2026. This presented a new digital frontier for companies to construct rich, interactive customer experiences.
