The recently concluded Indian Handloom fashion show, organized by the World Designing Forum (WDF), showcased the exquisite artistry of Indian handlooms and weavers. Held from 30th June to 3rd July 2023, this three-day event in Agra marked a significant milestone in the growth of artisans and weavers, as they took center stage in the world of fashion.

The World Designing Forum, a global platform committed to promoting sustainable and inclusive fashion, has made a remarkable contribution to the preservation and upliftment of India's rich handicraft culture. With the Indian Handloom fashion show, the WDF aimed to highlight the beauty and versatility of Indian handlooms, while also emphasizing the importance of supporting local artisans and weavers.

CEO of the World Designing Forum, Ankush Anami, expressed the critical role designers play in safeguarding the nation's heritage.
