New Delhi :

In its next iPhone 7, Apple is considering to make new wireless headphones for the users. Apple is working with Beats Electronics, the audio product company that it acquired two years ago, reports 9to5Mac.

The tech giant in its next product development series is working on developing Beats headphones that connect to a phone via bluetooth and won’t have any cords at all.

It will have a noise-cancellation microphone system but the company is also concerned about the battery life because so far Bluetooth is tipped to be the connectivity technology used here.

iPhone 7 is slated to release in September but its design is still midway, since the device won’t be going into production for another few months.

The report also claimed that the earbuds will be offered as an optional purchase, the tech giant is also working on new EarPods as well, which will be included with the iPhone 7 retail box.

Currently the company has three different designs for the next iPhone in mind, one of which offers a slimmer body than other while the second one resembles iPhone 6s.

But consumers may not sound to be that enthusiastic about this dramatic change as it would render many pricey accessories completely useless.

Tech Crunch also reported that  a petition to ask Apple to not remove the headphone jack has 200,000 signatures.
