Gold, Silver Price Today: Gold and silver prices are expected to rise again due to heavy selling in global equities, weak US Producer Price Index-PPI Data and Brexit fears. With China-US trade talks in trouble it is expected to drive this trend further. The 22-Carat gold rates are expected to remain between the level of Rs 37,760 to Rs 37,800 per 10 gram, the 24-Carat gold rates are expected to hover between 38,760 to Rs 38,800 per 10 gram mark. Silver is expected to trade at 48,500 per kg levels.
The MCX was closed on Tuesday due to Dussehra. Gold prices on Monday remained almost flat at Rs 39,210 per 10 grams at the bullion market in the national capital, amid weak spot demand. The yellow metal slipped Rs 30 as compared to the previous close of Rs 39,240 on Saturday. Silver also fell by Rs 90 to Rs 46,390 per kilogram as against the Saturday's closing price of Rs 46,480 per kg.
