New Delhi:
French auto major Renault on Wednesday launched a new version of its small car Kwid powered by 1.0 litre SCe petrol engine price starting at Rs 3.83 lakh.The new engine in Renault Kwid delivers just over 23kmpl. With enough stock of Renault Kwid bookings for the Kwid 1.0L have already started, the company claims to deliver right away.
The new 1.0 litre comes in two variants priced at Rs 3.82 lakh and Rs 3.95 lakh, respectively. Buyers thus will have to shell out Rs 22,000 more for the new 1,000 cc litre variant.

The top two variants of Renault Kwid existing portfolio are RXT (O) and RXT.
The Renault Kwid with 1.0 litre Smart Control efficiency (SCe) engine delivers 68PS of power and 91 Nm of torque, up from 54PS and 72Nm of the 800cc car.
The interiors of Renault Kwid are made up of same plastics. It also comes with various features like sport designer graphics on the doors, pro-sense seat belt pre-tensioners with load limiters among others.
