Tech giant Apple’s new smartwatch will be launched in San Francisco tonight at 10:30 PM Indian Standard Time.

Although the teaser was launched in September fewer details were revealed thus making the consumers anticipate more from the upcoming launch. Similar doubts were raised during the launch of iPad in 2010, however, its popularity shook up the PC market.

Notably, this will be the first device to be launched without Steve Jobs thus raising the speculation of its success.

Here is everything we need to know all about the Apple watch.

How will Apple watch help you?

It will show email, texts, phone calls, news, health readings and other notifications right on your wrist.
You can also count the number of steps you have taken with an accelerometer. There is also a heart monitor which will read your heart rate readings during exercise and rest.

The NFC wireless technology will help you pay bills via Apple Pay at participating retail stores and restaurants. However, the feature will only be available in the United States only for now.
