Ahmedabad:
Veteran party leader LK Advani will be seen with Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi on Monday for the first time after the latter’s elevation as the Bharatiya Janata Party's campaigning committee chief.
Alongwith Advani and Modi, party president Rajnath Singh will also attend the condolence meeting of former Union minister and party colleague Bhavna Chikhalia in Junagarh on Monday.
Chikhalia died of a heart attack last week.
"Advani and Rajnath would land at Keshod airport at 2:55 pm by a chartered flight and would reach Junagadh by 4 pm. Modi will land at police parade ground at 4:20 pm and would reach the meeting place by 4:35," Sanjay Koradiya, the president of Junagadh city unit of the BJP, said on Sunday.
The condolence meeting will take place at a hall in Akshar Mandir.
