New Delhi:
A dead body of a Delhi Police head constable was found inside his government quarter under mysterious circumstances in Delhi’s Jahangirpuri area, the police said on Sunday.
Bhibidan, the 49-year-old head constable was posted in Sixth Battalion of the Delhi Armed Police, the police said.
The body has been sent for post-mortem by the police. The report is awaited to determine the cause of his death, they added.
The police have started the investigation into the death of the policeman.
