Partly cloudy skies in Delhi; temperatures expected to hover around 35 degrees Celsius

It was a warm and sunny day for Delhiites today with the mercury settling at 35 degrees Celsius in the national capital.

While the maximum recorded at 35 degrees Celsius was five notches above the season’s average, the minimum temperature rose to settle down at 18.5 degrees Celsius, two notches above the normal, a MeT Department official said.

The humidity oscillated between 39 per cent and 98 per cent.

The weatherman has predicted partly cloudy skies for today.

“The skies will be partly cloudy. There will be mist in the morning. The maximum and the minimum temperatures are expected to hover around 35 degrees Celsius and 19 degrees Celsius respectively,” the official said.
