Kolkata:
At least two persons were killed and another injured in a firing that occurred near the Park Street building in Kolkata, reports said on Monday.
The firing took place at building number 9A when a group of people entered a building at around 4 am to allegedly take possession of some property. A scuffle between property owners led to the incident.
Police are trying to ascertain the identity of the deceased and have detained a security guard of the building.
The injured person was rushed to SSKM hospital. Police from Shakespeare Sarani police station reached the spot and were probing the incident.
