The second paper of UP Board intermediate exam scheduled for Monday was leaked from Shri Giriraj Baba Saraswati Vidyalaya in Shahpur Chainpur in Mathura.

An FIR has been registered against the school principal.

More than 5 lakh students did not appear for Uttar Pradesh Board examinations on the first two days following strict measures initiated by the state government to check copying in the exams.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday said a fear of exams has been created among students, emphasising on the need to make examinations simpler after over 10 lakh examinees skipped the state board tests in the last four days.
