Varanasi:
Two minor sisters were allegedly gangraped in Sarnath area in Varanasi district of Uttar Pradesh, police said on Monday. Police have arrested one of the four accused, while the other three are still at large.
The two sisters are residents of Sarnath. The girls hired an auto in which the four accused were already present. They drove the victims to an isolated area in Sarnath and allegedly gangraped them, DSP VK Singh said.
"We have received complaints from two minor sisters. A case has been registered against the four accused," he said.
"We are investigating the matter and hunting on for the absconding accused," he added.
