After busting a rave party, Lonavala police arrested at least 52 people including 12 bar girls and 40 businessmen from Mumbai.

"We got a tip from our informer that there is a rave party going on at a bungalow near Apti village, off the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. We raided the bungalow and seized liquor bottles and some narcotics. The bungalow belongs to a businessman called Goldie Chopra," a police officer said.

All the bar girls hail from Mumbai, he said, adding that four people have been sent to police custody, while the others have been sent to the Yerwada Jail. All of them were sent for medical tests to the Kanhephata medical centre, the police said.
