On the eve of holi Eid festival, Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi on Tuesday wished the people of the state on the of Eid ul Azha and said the festival would strengthen brotherhood among them.
In an official release, Gogoi said international brotherhood, love and peace, which were the essence of the festival will help uniting the people of the state.
The festival would also help the state's thrust and journey towards peace by carrying forward its centuries old tradition of unity, he added.
