Uttar Pradesh Board Examination results 2019 will be declared before April 20. According to a directive by the UP Board secretary Neena Srivastava, all district inspectors of schools were asked to ensure that the evaluation process is completed for both High School and Intermediate examinations latest by March 25.
Following the directive, evaluation of UP Board’s High School and Intermediate answer sheets have been completed in more than half the districts of the state like in Mau, Bijnore, Mirzapur, Sultanpur, Barabanki, Pratapgarh districts and the entire process will be completed by March 25.
The UP Board is making all possible attempts to declare results before April 20, reported Hindustan Times.
The evaluation process of UP Board answer sheets which commenced on March 8 was scheduled to be completed within 15 days, on March 23. But due to the two-day Holi holiday, they would now be completed by March 25.
The Uttar Pradesh Class 10 Examination where held from February 7th to February 28th while the Class 12 Examination where held from February 07 to March 02.
This year, a total number of 31,95,603 students appeared in class 10 examination whereas as a total number of 26,11,319 students have appeared for class 12th (Intermediate) exams. About 6.5 lakh students did not appear for the examination after the board tool stringent measures to curb mass cheating. A total of 403 students were caught cheating with 11 on the last day of the examinations.
Last year, the UP Board released the class 10th and 12th result on April 29. The timings of the result for class 12th was 12:30 pm while the class 10th was 1:30 pm.
