Common Admission Test 2019 Registration has commenced online today(10 AM onwards). Candidates can register for the exam latest by September 18, 2019 (5 PM) to complete the registration process and submit the completed forms.
Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode has made the registration window live on July 28.
The IIM CAT 2019 entrance exams will be conducted on November 24, 2019. The CAT 2019 exams will be conducted in two phases.
Candidates should note that they would not be allowed to change the category selected after they have registered. Candidates can select a maximum of 4 cities at the time of filling the online application forms. The choices filled should be in preference of the city you wish to opt for.
Over the last decade, the number of applicants for CAT has been (approximately, year 2018-2008) 2.41 lakh, 2.31 lakh, 2.32 lakh, 2.18 lakh, 1.96 lakh, 1.94 lakh, 2.14 lakh, 2.05 lakh, 2.04 lakh, 2.41 lakh, 2.90 lakh.
IIM Kozhikode earlier published media release in the online mode, wherein they provided some of the most important dates for CAT 2019. The institute also released a notification in the newspaper today i.e. on July 28, 2019.
The CAT 2019 Examination will be held in 156 cities across India. Candidates will have the option to opt for 4 centres in the order of preference while filling the CAT 2019 Application Form.
However, the authorities will determine the slot that the candidates are allotted for the CAT 2019 examination.
